Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Student entry procedure

In addition to the course entry requirements LMIT in conjunction with Republica Education require all students to provide proof of identity and where applying for VET FEE-HELP proof of Australian Citizenship or Humanitarian Visa. All students will be required to supply their USI or give Republica Education permission to attain their USI. Online self-paced

Our courses are delivered online and are self-paced, allowing completion of your course in the comfort of your own home or office, giving you the convenience and flexibility to study when you wish. You will have access to all the user friendly learning resources you need to complete your course.

You will have a timeframe of TWELVE (12) months to complete your qualification from the date you enrol. When you enrol into your course with LMIT, your log on details and access to your course materials and assessment will be sent to you almost straight away, allowing you to begin your course.
