Did you know that TAE40110 is now the most recent qualification needed for trainers and assessors to remain competitive and up to date in their role?

LMIT is now delivering the brand new TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.

So if you are working in a position of training or up-skilling others ensure you stay up-to-date with your qualifications and get your TAE!

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is often listed as the minimum requirement for many training, teaching, or tutoring positions. Obtaining this qualification will allow you to work in a TAFE, Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or as an on-the-job trainer in a workplace.

The Cert IV in Training and Assessment will give you the skills and knowledge required to deliver training and conduct assessment. It is ideal for those who are (or will be) responsible for the provision of competency based workplace training and are involved in the development, planning and delivery of competency based workplace training courses.

Our TAE courses are delivered online and we find that this is a great way to save time and get through your qualification quickly and easily. You have the option of completing the course: self-paced via our interactive learning platform or through Virtual E-learning Pro, where it’s just like learning in a classroom but you get to participate online! We want to ensure that we cater to all styles of learners!

Many of you may hold the TAA40104 Cert IV in TAA so we are also offering a Bridging Program that is designed for qualified trainers and assessors to keep their TAE qualification up to date!

According to the Industry Skills Council, the 2004 version of the Cert IV in TAA will become superseded in the next two years, making this the perfect time to upgrade to the 2010 version.

The main difference between the old TAA40104 qualification and the new TAE40110 qualification is:

The previous qualification (TAA40104) contained 14 units that concentrated on training, development, assessment, validation and the learning environment.

The new TAE40110 qualification contains 10 “streamlined” units in which elements of the environment units have been merged with others to produce a more simplistic course structure.

TAE will ensure you remain competitive in your role as a trainer.  If you would like any further information on this new qualification or the Bridging Program please feel free to contact us!
