The training and assessment material is subject to a regular, thorough validation process involving an internal review committee evaluating the material, piloting the material, and responding to customer feedback.
When the training and assessment material is created, it is developed by dedicated course designers who are qualified in course design and the course being created.
The material is then evaluated by a review committee. Then it is put through a compliance process that ensures when a student completes a qualification, the competencies they have gained are the skills and knowledge crucial to success within the chosen field of study. Thus focusing on a person’s career advancement.
Once it meets the standards required by staff and the State Training Authority, only then is it published to LMIT students.
LMIT’s trainers’ and assessors’ are all nationally qualified and are subject to ongoing Professional Development to ensure they are up to date with industry practices.
